Joanne McCabe has been singing as long as she can remember and is an experienced soloist. She began performing at weddings at the early age of eleven and it was then that she truly caught the singing bug! Being from a musical household Joanne has always been surrounded by talented musicians, most notably her mother Frances McCabe with whom she often performs at church services. She has been formally training for almost a decade and through this training has been tutored by many influential names. These inlcude Linda Hutchison of the British Vocal Association, Deirdre Masterson of the Irish Sopranos, successful Mezzo-Soprano Bridget Knowles, Roland Purcell of the Vienna Boys Choir, Vanessa Sadlier at the Waterford Institute of Technology and Alan Leech of the National Chamber Choir among others. Joanne is a regular concert soloist in addition to performing at church services throughout the South-East.

Joanne is available to travel nationwide and will be delighted to meet with any potential client for a free consultation. This will ensure that your musical needs will be tailored to suit your wedding ceremony or civil service and your personal desires incorporated. Joanne enjoys using many diverse genres in her work ranging from traditional Irish music to classical to folk and beyond.
